How to Unsubscribe from Emails on Outlook
Alexis Enache
To unsubscribe from emails on Outlook, you can follow these steps:
Look for the unsubscribe link
Open the email you want to unsubscribe from. Scroll to the bottom of the email and find the "Unsubscribe" link. Click on it and follow the instructions to remove yourself from the mailing list.
Use Outlook's built-in unsubscribe option
If Outlook recognizes the email as a subscription, it might show an "Unsubscribe" button at the top of the email, near the sender’s name. Click this button, and Outlook will help you unsubscribe automatically.
Block the sender
If the unsubscribe link doesn’t work or isn’t available, you can block the sender. Right-click on the email, select “Junk,” and then choose “Block Sender.” This will prevent future emails from that address from reaching your inbox.
Create a rule to manage emails
You can set up a rule in Outlook to automatically delete or move emails from specific senders. Go to “Settings,” then “Rules,” and create a new rule based on the sender or subject.
