Added to the terms was a new clause that sought users’ permission to analyse text and other information they provide in order to improve the services. This includes using such data to train X’s machine learning and artificial intelligence system called Grok. What this means is that once you agree to this updated terms of service, you give X the right to use your private data to train its AI. Follow these simple steps below to stop AI from training with your data on X:
- Step 1:Open the X app or login.
- Step 2: Click More to expand the options
- Step 3: Navigate to Settings and privacy on the left of your screen.
- Step 4: Click Privacy and Safety.
- Step 5: Click on Grok & Third-party Collaborators.
- Step 6: Uncheck the box to turn the feature off.
